Booth vendors associated to the marine/nautical industry or who have a "coastal" nature are invited to display in the new outdoor expo area. Booths not associated to the nautical industry are forwarded to the Cape Coral Art Festival. When they sell out, (95% sold out as of Nov 21) overflow is directed into the new outdoor expo area. Standard booths are 10' wide and 15' deep @ $600. Linear feet is available for wider spaces.
Booth exhibitors spaces are decided after boats, RV's, and motorcycles which require wider spaces. Late December, booth exhibitors can look at a layout to see which area they may prefer, but the show is on a mile of Cape Coral's main road with no specified entrance or exit, so there are no "good' or "bad" spaces. There's no pockets, turns, or side-streets. It's one long show to the west, than one long show back to the east. See map below.
Applications are sent by email as exhibitors are approved. Payment can be mailed or we accept credit cards online HERE.
Liability: The City of Cape Coral requires ALL EXHIBITORS to submit a standard one-million-dollar liability policy to the show with the four entities below listed as policy holders on four separate policies. Exhibitors who do not carry a liability policy for events may purchase a temporary “Per-Event” policy of their choice, most exhibitors use Act for this at: www.ActInsurance.com (Est cost should be about $45)
