25 acres, fenced event area, partial blacktop and partial shady trails. Main road/highly visible property, est 1500 parking spots.
Updates: The email address on your application will be added to our newsletter for info and updates.
Gate hours: Saturday 9-6, Sunday 9-4.
Check-In / Set-up: Friday from noon till 8pm, and Saturday morning from 6-9am.
Check-Out: Sunday evening. You're welcome to remove items Monday morning till noon but there will be no security Sunday night.
Guest passes: Vendors may purchase discounted guest passes for friends and leave them at “Will-Call.”
Communications: Call if needed, but texting or Facebook messages are not dependable forms of business communication. For greater accuracy please communicate with our office via email: theNauticalMile@gmail.com
Display area: Please be considerate of your neighbor. Display inside of your booth area and keep items from blocking surrounding exhibitors. Please eliminate the possibility of attendees tripping or bumping into display items. Please do not solicit outside of your booth area.
Electricity: Electric is first-come-first-serve and only available in a few spaces in the "Garden" area. Contact our office for availability.
Space assignments: Spaces will be assigned as applications come in. If you have a positioning preference, please send our office an email or note request on your application.
Booth sharing: Permitted only if everything is under one roof. The contract signature accepts responsibility for all participating in their space.
Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds apply to exhibitors who offer a 10-day notice and/or if for any reason the show is canceled.
Exclusivity: If you represent a specific field of business, please check our website for “CLOSED PROFESSIONS” before submitting an application.
Vendor office: During set-up, the stage area will be the temporary vendor office and check-in. Once the gates are open, our office will be at the front gate.
Night security: The facility will have night security Friday and Saturday evenings. If we have more boats than expected we'll add security Sunday evening.
Credentials: Issued upon arrival.
Tent restrictions: No tents larger than 900 square-feet are permitted to set up.
Event Sponsors: $1,200. Name and/or logo on various promotional materials, a banner at the event, misc signage, and booth space. Cancellation refund does not apply.

The island town of Matlacha, (a drinking village with a fishing problem,) separates Cape Coral from Pine Island. It’s only ten minutes away from the facility has about a dozen hotel options with more in Bokeelia and St. James City out on the island.
Campers: there’s a large KOA campground on Pine Island in St. James City which is about 15 minutes from the facility.
