Booth vendors with a "coastal" theme are invited to display in the new outdoor expo area. Standard booths are called "10X10's" but spaces are 10' wide and 15' deep @ $600. Linear feet is available for boats and larger exhibits.
Spaces are assigned after boats, RV's, and motorcycles which require wider spaces. It's one long show to the west, than one long show back to the east. There's no pockets, turns, or side-streets. See map below.
Set-Up is Friday after the city closes the roads around 7pm. Vendors are advised to drop-off Friday evening and through the night, then arrive early Saturday morning to finish setting up. Expect delays and challenges if you wait till Saturday morning. All vendor traffic must be off the streets by 8am Saturday morning. Attendee foot-traffic starts arriving around 9am.
Parking is where you can. The city allows parking any place that is not a hazard. Vehicles are not permitted in vendor space unless it is part of your exhibit.
First Come/First Serve: There are roughly 700 vendor spaces and this show WILL SELL OUT. Vendors who delay submitted an application, insurance and payment, will not be able to attend.

Liability: The City of Cape Coral requires ALL EXHIBITORS to submit a standard one-million-dollar or more liability policy to the show with the four entities listed as policy holders on four separate policies. Exhibitors who do not carry a liability policy for events may purchase a temporary “Per-Event” policy of their choice, most exhibitors use Act for this at: www.ActInsurance.com (Est cost should be about $45)
