Boat Dealer & Outdoor Expo"at a glance"
From the promoter- The Cape Coral Art Festival is 40-years running and owned/managed by the Rotary Club of Cape Coral. Lee County's Nautical Mile Magazine is coordinating the addition of a boat show addition in 2025 to help set the stage for what will soon be the best public show exposure opportunity for the boating industry in SW Florida. The main show has roughly 150,000 attendees (Miami Boat Show is under 100k) and hundreds of vendor booths in their annual Art Show & Marketplace which is sold out months ahead. The additional road closure to invite boats is only about 2,500' of linear feet and will likely sell out. I'd like to say, "Lets create the largest coastal show in SW Florida," but it already is. You bring the boats, and we'll draw the coastal enthusiasts!

*The following information is only for the 2,500-foot addition being introduced for the 2025 show:
Friday evening, January 10, Cape Coral Police close Cape Coral Parkway and re-routes east and westbound traffic around almost a mile of the main downtown district in a city with over 400-miles of canals to host a show with the largest collection of coastal enthusiasts in all of SW Florida. Hundreds of exhibitors spend Friday night setting up booths and the crowds start arriving around 9am Saturday morning.
There's no entrance fee and no parking fees.
The main art festival includes 8 food courts, a juried art show with over 300 exhibitors, a marketplace with hundreds more local businesses, and now the addition of over 2,000 feet or road for a Boat Show & Outdoor Expo.
Set-up is Friday evening starting just after 7pm when CCPD closes Cape Coral Parkway and re-routes traffic from Del Prado to Coronado Parkway. A staging area with security is being planned so you can start running boats a block away Friday morning, it can also be used to leave boats Sunday night for Monday pick-up.
We're creating multiple entrances for set-up so each exhibitor will different load-in instructions.
DISPLAY SPACE IS FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE
- Only your application and payment can secure a spot. Applications are only available via email to prevent overselling.
Est 2,500' of road is being used, up one side and down another, so no boats would be stuck in an area which would go unseen. All spaces have boats backed up to the median and angled so they extend out no longer than 15' into the road.
Standard 15' deep space:
cape Coral Parkway is 30-feet across, 15' is for foot traffic and 15' is for exhibitors. Exhibitor spaces are 15' deep @ $35 per linear foot.
Pontoon Boats/blocks: Most boats will remain on trailers, if you have pontoon boats on blocks for display, be sure they can be removed from the street within a couple hours so the roads can be open Sunday evening.
